At Nordic Socks, we want you to feel the warmth of our heritage in every step; if your socks aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn socks in their original packaging and secure them in a durable mailing envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
